A GUI copy didn't work because the connection dropped frequently. I tried <a href="http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/">Free Download Manager</a>, which was the recommended tool for the download, but surprisingly, it wasn't always able to restart the download after connectivity dropped.<p></p>
